What Dispatch Network does

Dispatch assigns delivery riders to carry orders for food delivery and quick commerce platforms. It uses its own AI model to decide which order each rider takes next and where the rider should wait for the one after.

According to Dispatch, riders on delivery apps can spend up to 50% of their kilometres without an order. The company said it assigns every order to a specific rider instead of letting riders choose, which it said reduces empty kilometres. It calls its AI model the Large Logistics Spatio-Temporal Model, or LLSTM.
